Content removal / legal page

bitDig.com is an index of files available to download via the Bittorrent Filesharing Network. bitDig.com does NOT host, link to, provide or engage in the uploading of any of the files listed. bitDig.com is an automated website, using the Google API and RSS FEEDs found on google to find Bittorrent websites on the internet. These websites are then crawled by bots, and information about their files saved to the bitDig.com database. This is an automated process and bitDig.com has no control over what is indexed. bitDig.com, through the use of binary hash files (aka .torrent files), stores only information about said files and not the files themeselves.

Digital Millennium Copyright Act

bitDig.com is in full compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA") and international copyright laws. It is our policy to respond to any infringement notices and take appropriate actions under such intellectual property laws.
